I am a graduate of the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy (TIRP), a training and education programme recognized by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

I am a member in good standing of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT).

I am working toward a Registered Psychotherapist status (designation: RP) with the CRPO.

I have been working with clients since 2014, with over 200 hours of clinical supervision from TIRP faculty and other qualified, registered Clinical Supervisors. Supervision is ongoing until I become a Registered Psychotherapist. It ensures I am effectively and ethically conducting my practice.

During the 2014-15 and 2015-16 academic years, I taught Free Yourself Through Improv workshops for students at the University of Toronto, as part of their Health & Wellness programming. The classes combined improv theatre and group therapy.

I offer psychotherapy from a relational perspective. Click for a description.
